What Counts as a Qualified Meeting?

We only charge for meetings that meet all of the following criteria. If a meeting doesn't qualify, you don't pay for it.

  • The prospect matches your approved Ideal Customer Profile (industry, company size, geography)
  • The attendee is a decision-maker or key influencer (VP, Director, C-suite, or owner)
  • The prospect actually shows up and the meeting is held for a minimum of 10 minutes
  • There is a genuine business need or interest discussed during the meeting

Common Questions About Pricing

Most clients see their first qualified meetings within 10 days of launch. The first week is dedicated to ICP finalization, list building, and messaging development. Outreach begins in week two, and meetings typically start booking within the first few days of live campaigns.

You don't pay for no-shows. We only charge for meetings where the prospect actually attends and the meeting is held for a minimum of 10 minutes. We also actively work to reschedule any no-shows to maximize your pipeline.

We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to allow campaigns to optimize and build momentum. However, we don't lock you into long-term contracts. After the initial period, engagements continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.

Absolutely. Many clients start with the Starter plan to validate outbound as a channel, then upgrade to Growth once they see results. You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time with your account manager.

We use industry-leading tools for prospecting, email sequencing, parallel-dialed cold calling, and social outreach. All tool costs are included in your plan.

Yes. On the Growth and Enterprise plans, we integrate directly with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) so that meetings and prospect data flow seamlessly into your pipeline. On the Starter plan, we provide meeting details via Slack and email.

Implementation fee: One-time $500 setup fee covers ICP definition, domain purchasing, email infrastructure setup, and messaging development.
